  1. Campaign aginst Polythene
Recovered 250 kg of plastic carry bags.

Last year, the state government had put a ban on the use of plastic bags. However, the polythene bags are widely used by the traders of the city.
Teams of the district administration raided shops in and around the Walled City on Thursday and recovered around three quintal of plastic carry bags from Market.
According to sources, the team headed by additional district magistrate Jaswant Singh raided some shops in the Walled City area and recovered 2.5 quintal of plastic carry bags. “We will register cases in chief judicial magistrate court against the traders of plastic carry bags,” said, Jaipur collector Navin Mahajan.
The cases would be filed against the owners . The district administration teams recovered 250 kg of plastic carry bags from these shops.
As the teams raided the shops, other shop owners in nearby areas closed their shops with the fear for being raided. In July, 2010, chief minister Ashok Gehlot took the decision to ban plastic carry bags in the state for a cleaner environment. However, it seems that some of the traders of the plastic carry bags are not ready to comply with chief minister’s orders. Singh said that the team of officials will continue to raid shops in the coming days to prevent manufacturing, sale and purchase of plastic carry bags.

  2. The Lal Batti removal from government vehicles is very appreciated step.

I am always with BJP Government. Our Prime Minister takes very good Steps.

But my request is also that, For the MLA Reservation seats are provided in all ST Busses of Gujarat StaTe.(GSRTC).
Shall we try to use that reservation quota for MP/MLA in public Transport vehicles?

    Please think regarding this also.
